Monica F. Bull has been charged
with a DUI, after causing a four-car accident near Neuqua Valley High School.
At least one person was harmed
during the incident, which occurred October 19th at 11:18 pm. Ms.
Bull was reportedly charged with driving under the influence and failure to
reduce speed to avoid an accident, as well as driving too fast for conditions.
Firefighters had to rescue one
motorist from a small two-door car, which was totaled after the incident.
Paramedics rushed the driver to the emergency room after his head shattered
part of the car’s driver-side windshield.
An examination of court documents
revealed after the accident, that Bull has received two traffic tickets, but
has no criminal record.
