Enrique Lopez, a judge with Spain’s powerful Constitutional
Court, was stopped by police after he ran a red light in Madrid on his
motorcycle. Lopez was not wearing a helmet at the time. A breathalyzer test

sentence of six months in prison and could potentially lose his license for up
to four years.
