Man Faces EIGHT Drunk-Driving Charges

Boyd Atkinson,41, facing eight drunk driving-related charges in connection with the death of mother of two.  In Moncton provincial court Atkinson appeared with crutches and brace around his neck. 
Kathy Horsman of Berry Mills was pronounced dead on April 17 at hospital as a result of the injuries she sustained in a head-on collision on Killam Drive, near Edinburgh Drive, at about 9:25 p.m..  The other charges include: dangerous driving cause death, refusing to provide a blood sample, dangerous driving causing bodily harm, impaired driving causing bodily harm in connection to the injuries suffered by a passenger in his car.
