Michael Monrow Hart, 62, pleaded guilty to his seventh drunk driving offense. The Douglas County Circuit Court sentenced him to three years in prison and 18 months of extended supervision.
The criminal complaint stats that Hart was swerving in-between lanes and in ditches on both sides of the road. Deputy Robert Smith said that Hart was stumbling into the road after he pulled over because he was too impaired to drive any more.
